Suggested Micropause and Rest Break settings:

For somebody recovering from Repetitive Strain Injury, suggested micro pause settings would be 10 seconds after 5 minutes and Rest Break of 5 minutes after 20 minutes. Normal settings for somebody without pain would be 10 seconds after 10 minutes (micro break) and 5 minutes after 50 minutes (Rest Break).
